Hi there, i am a mama to 3 little ones and i am on a mission to get healthy. I want to be a good role model for my kids so that they grow up healthy. I have struggled with weight most of my life and i don't want to spend the rest of my twenties fat and miserable or the rest of my life for that matter. I am so glad that i joined this website. I have learned so much about nutrition, exercise, and myself. I am becoming a better person inside and out. I love sparkpeople! I still have a lot of weight to lose, but i am confident now that i can do it.

My Goals:
-be able to feel comfortable wearing anything i want
-have a healthy BMI
-be a healthy role model for my family
-To feel good about myself
-To be more flexible and learn more yoga poses
-To have my wedding ring fit again( i miss wearing them)
-run a 5k
-be a fit and healthy mama


My Program:
Staying within the calorie range that sparkpeople has provided me.
exercising 4-5 x a week: walking, strength training,bellydancing,
elliptical, workout videos,and took up yoga recently.
Healthy eating, eliminating fast food, eating more fish and less red meat. Enjoying fruits, veggies and Whole grains. We've been trying new recipes to keep from getting bored. It's a lot of fun to try new foods and new recipes.



Personal Information:
I love to sew, knit, scrapbook, read, quilt,etc. I'm always adding a new hobby. I love spending time with my husband and kids. I want to lose this weight for good.
