lost 1 lb this week YAY!!! I just new for sure i had gained 50! lol or dang close to it...but ill take that 1 lb and run with it...went to the gym tonight and did some strenght training...and rode the bike 5 i hurt! hope you have a GREAT week!!! hugs missy

Hi im new to the ww group and new to ww itself...i think your weight loss is GREAT! Im on the flex program and trying hard to get to my goal of 170 before christmas...that is just 2 pounds a week...good luck with your goals. ~missy~

Welcome to my page. On February 26, 2004, I gave birth to my third son. I weighed 325 pounds. That was my top weight and a number I never expected to see on my scale. When I got home, I had lost about 10 pounds from the birth and was still over 300 pounds. I tried a number of different diets including Atkins and South Beach and managed to lose some weight during the next two years, but not enough. I decided to go back to Weight Watchers on September 20, 2006. I weighed in at 272 pounds. I decided to do their Core plan. It has a list of approved foods including whole grains, lean protein, dairy and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. I'm also allowed 35 allowance points each week for foods not on the list. So far, I've been very successfull. I'm never hungry or craving foods that were limited on other diets. I love to eat and this diet lets me eat well.
