Once you receive your book you can: - Go to our "Book Bonus Site" at www.sparkpeople.com/thespark - Login with your SparkPeople username and password (or if you are not a member click the link to create a new account) - Go to the "Join Us Online" page of Appendix G (page 221 in US edition) of your book to find the special access code for bonus materials, and enter the code.
You will then receive your SparkPoints and receive access to our Book Bonus Site. The Bonus Site has extra videos, tools, and much more.

I have been doing very well with exercise, not as much with calorie counting. I haven't been as active on SparkPeople because my husband and I have been using the Lose It app for tracking food and exercise. I find it a little more motivating and I hate tracking in two places so I've been only visiting SP once in awhile. I'm trying to figure out a way to combine both without it being too much work, KWIM?
