Thank you so much for your wonderful comments!! Tonight I have to go in for a sleep study and I am kinda scared but I hope they can find out why I am always soooo tired!! Thanks again and have a wonderful day!!!
I pray that your appointments go well, never give up. Grab every day you can and work toward the next with bright high hopes and trust that God has a plan for you. I walked with a cane 3.5 years ago, got over that. Told I had a dieing liver, got over that. Was in a car accident that should have ended my life, got over that. Had a heart attack miracle saved me then. Today I am in the best health I have been since I was in my 40's and in some ways healthier and better. You can get through and come out on the other side, better in a lot of ways then before...OK maybe different, but what the heck each day is different then the last and the next will be different then today. Hugs and Prayers, Erin
HELLO Dear Lady! I hope the dr's appointment proves beneficial for you too.
We all are growing old, but that doesnt mean everything stops. I've slowed considerably since turning 40; gradually over the years. At 50 yo there are a lot of things I can still do, but modified for my osteoarthritis.
No I cant do 2-3 hours of aerobic workouts, but I can still do 30-60 minutes on any given day. No I can no longer lift four cinder blocks at a time, but I can still lift two comfortably.
Whatever you can do comfortably, then thats what YOU can do. Sometimes we have to take baby step sto get to our goals. MAN! Have I been there a zillion times over the course of my life.
Stay positive and focused... do what you can and slowly build that task higher.
