Losing weight is one of the hardest things to put yourself through. But since I am stubborn to the point of insanity sometimes, I am ready to go through it. Let's face it, the weight is not going to magically go away without me doing something to kick it off.

My problem is not over eating... it's not eating enough. If I am not hungry, I don't think about eating at all. And when I do eat, I don't eat healthy.
I am doing my best to make sure that I eat between 1300-1500 calories a day, almost double than some normal days in the past.
I use my Elliptical 6 days a week for cardio and to make sure that I MOVE everyday. Every other day, I am doing weight training.
I was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN but I moved to Minneapolis 3 years ago this March to be with my boyfriend, who is now my husband.
I love to read, mainly mysteries. And I am an Encyclopedia of Knowledge when it comes to anything 80's (movies, TV, music). In the car, I either have a CD in the player (a random hodgepodge from my i Tunes) or I am listening to 80's on 8 or 90's on 9.
I loathe most modern music, especially Top 40 and Country.
