I have maintained a 50+ pound loss since 2008 and exercise 5 times a week. I learned about this site from my nutritionist. Welcome to my page! Am sort of following Zonya Foco RD's "Diet Free" plan. Have to get serious as I gained a bunch of pounds over Christmas 2011.

My Goals:
To be accountable to my plan, be productive at work and home, adding richness to my life by activities such as art, writing and music. To make health a priority.
My Program:
I keep a checklist and do a lot of journaling to track progress. I exercise 3-4x/week on the stationary bike, and also do weight training and physical therapy strengthening exercises 1x/week.

Catholic, love to knit, also dye fabric, make art books. Have 3 daughters, one has Down syndrome (she is doing great), lived in Japan for 5 years and loved it! Married for 29 years.
