I have maintained a 50+ pound loss since 2008 and exercise 5 times a week. I learned about this site from my nutritionist. Welcome to my page! Am sort of following Zonya Foco RD's "Diet Free" plan. Have to get serious as I gained a bunch of pounds over Christmas 2011.

My Goals:
To be accountable to my plan, be productive at work and home, adding richness to my life by activities such as art, writing and music. To make health a priority.

My Program:
I keep a checklist and do a lot of journaling to track progress. I exercise 3-4x/week on the stationary bike, and also do weight training and physical therapy strengthening exercises 1x/week.

Hi Kathleen, Great to hear from you. It sounds like you're doing well. Like you, I have to do this for myself, but I am happy that this time my husband is in on the plan. We both need to bring things under control. Yes I'm still at the museum, and it has been a busy year. I've shown my work frequently (not at the museum... can't really do that) and I've started a blog http://mysilkparachute-mfitz.blogspot.ca/ which you're more than welcome to visit :) I'm trying to be a bit more reflective about the work I'm creating - hard for the practical sort that I am - but I'm hoping it will lead to some new and interesting pieces. Spring is coming - so maybe some dyeing. I usually do that in the better weather. Have a great week!

Hey Kathleen, I hope you are well and happy. I back with SP to try again and it's nice to see that you are still here. You're one of the few I connected with in my previous sojourns here. I'm hoping we can keep in touch and provide some encouragement. I'm also doing some of my tracking, etc on weightwatchers, but don't find it easy to hook up with the community there.

Noticed from your blog post that you recently restarted Yoga. Enjoyed your share. For myself, ten minutes of exercise at a time keeps me going back for more. Any longer and I quit anyway. emoticon
