My Goals:
I am setting small goals so I don't become frustrated or disappointed. My hope is to lose at least 2 lbs each month and to stay with Sparkpeople through my weight loss journey.
My Program:
My program consists of eating balanced meals each day and getting an hour of cardio in each day along with drinking more water. I need to shake things up in my cardio and strength as not to get bored. I am eating more calories than I am use to and that is hard but the weight is coming off better.
Personal Information:
I am a retired teacher who substitutes from time to time because I do miss being with the students. I have four children, three grandchildren with another one on the way.
Other Information:
I love to golf, research my families ancestors, read, and do arts and crafts. I also love family time. I believe my faith is one of my stronger qualities. One of my favorite songs is by Richie McDonald, "Faith" Here are the key lyrics: Faith gives you hope hope gives you strength, Strength gives you courage to go on each day, When you're praying for answers to things you can't change, When it's out of your hands you hold on to faith.
