I wanted to thank you for being so kind in the comment you posted on my page. I'm pretty new here and don't get a whole lot of response to what I post, so I'm very humbled and honored whenever anyone takes the time to give me some.

Congrats on winning the blender. Way cool. There's a book I bought years ago - if you're interested I'll try and find it! That book gives you smoothie recipes too, but it has specific reasons for them. Like good skin. Healthy bones and teeth. Shiny hair. Stuff like that. Let me know if you want more info. Btw, you pretty much rock yourself!
