My Life Is Worth It

My Name Is Kristi, I Am 32, And I Have Struggled With Being Overweight Most Of My Life. After A Hospital Stay And Follow Up Dr Visit in 2012, I Decided That I Had To Make Changes To My Life, Or I Risked Leaving My Husband Without A Wife, And My 3 Year Old Son Without A Mother. My Goals:
My Goal Is To Be Healthy. I Want To Be In Between The Target Range Weight For My Age And Height. I Want To Be Able To Manage My Type II Diabetes With Diet And Exercise Alone.

My Program:
I Just Finished Training For A 5K, Using C25K (Couch To 5K). This Is A 9 Week Program That Takes Someone From Being A Complete Non-Runner, To Being Able to Run 30 (or 3.1 miles) Continuous Minutes By The End Of The 9 Weeks. Right Now I Am Training For A 10K Using Bridge From 5K To 10K. This Is A 6 Week Program That Will Allow Me To Be Able To Go From Running 3.1 Miles To 6.2 Miles In 6 Weeks. After This, I Want To Train For A 15K, Then A Half Marathon, And Then Eventually, Maybe, A Marathon.
