Woman on a Mission

I've grown up in a family of people with weight issues. My mom's side has especially had problems. I have an aunt who had gastric bypass and her husband has had some heart issues. My grandma died of diabetic complications and was overweight for most of her life. I'm doing this so my children can have a healthy start in life!

My Goals:
I would like to get down to around 170-185, depending on how I look/feel when I get there. My sister's wedding is in June and I would like to have less "bumps" and more "curves" in my dress! I will also be going on vacation and want to wear one of the bikini's I buy every year for "motivation" :)

My Program:
I am going to do this the old fashion way-a balanced diet of carbs, fat, and protien, fruits and veggies and exercise!

I am so glad you found Sparkin' South Dakotans and joined us. I too am a war victim of yo-yo diets. I have tried everything. This is working and I know it will for you too.
