To Lose 50 lbs. by summer 2012.

To make exercise a priority and a habit. No matter what. I'm never too busy to fit it in.

My Program:
Tracking food - staying within my calories. I am really trying to re-format my comprehension of portion sizes.

30 Minutes of cardio - 3 times per week.

Strength Training - 3 times per week.

Thank you for the comment on my blog!! I did start today over, it wasn't a 360 but it was a 180 and tomorrow I will come full circle :) It isn't always easy to start over, but I feel best when I do. Way to go on your 3.2 lbs, you are headed the right way lady keep up the great work!!!!

Well, we need to switch locations for a bit, or rather send that rain down here and you can have the sunshine!! :) Our rain didn't last as long as we need it to though, it's back to sunshine today. And actually, I think my hubby intends to get off work early to take us to the beach. But it'll be nice to have more rain, I enjoyed staying in with my books.

I've read your story, like you said, "we're in the same boat." With where I'm at now, physically, I almost can't believe I used to be a gym rat and nut about healthy nutrition. You couldn't tell. But, I'm on the road to get back into it and I see that you are too. Together, we'll do it!!!
