My Goals:
My goals - eat healthy, get regular exercise, and maintain my weight as I get older.

My Program:
I try to run four days per week and do weight training four days per week. I also try to bike to work (7 miles round trip) as a way to stay more active.

Thanks!! I really wanted to stop and walk during the last couple of miles, but the fact that those miles were on a stretch of path I run at least once a week (and can probably run blindfolded!) helped me keep at it.

I'm toying with the idea of running a full marathon next spring. Last time I tried training for one (about four years ago) I had all sorts of injury issues and ended up not being able to run it, so I'm just going to follow a nice gradual training program and play it by ear. Otherwise, I really like 5k races and I'll undoubtedly do a few of those next year!
