Personal Information:
I live in Vermont and play as much golf as I can. Retirement gives me the flexibility to travel or just stay home and enjoy life on my 65 acres, my pond and my 2 Golden Retrievers.

It seems like many of us face a continual battle to stay positive when little progress is apparent. We just have to keep in mind that we our efforts will result in a healthier life. We need to focus on how we are feeling and the energy we have to accomplish daily life tasks. I’m working hard to concentrate on my health rather than just on the number on the scale; to concentrate on non-scale victories to help me stay positive every day.
