One "weigh" or another - this weight is coming off

40 something mom of two who needs to have a fit and healthy body to continue working as a Kindermusik educator and business owner. I will never be a plus sized woman again. I am determined to ban the word obese from my vocabulary. WW worked for me until they changed the program in November. Thanks for commenting on my little tirade of sort on the discussion thread! I know sometime you need to eat more but that is the least of my problems I eat an average of 1600-1800 calories/day I need to bring it down actually. I'm a terrible sugar addict. I refuse to give it up because I have convinced myself it's what's kept me sober for 5 yrs. minus a day! ROFLMAO!!!
