I May Not Be There Yet, But I Am Closer Than I Was Yesterday

About a year an a half ago (when I first turned 21) I began looking at pictures of myself and thinking "how did I get to look this bad?" I had went from 130 pounds in high school to 230 pounds. I couldn't stand to look at myself in a mirror. After I met my boyfriend now, who is going to school to be a personal trainer, I finally broke down and asked for help. Now just over a year later I am currently 179 pounds. I still have quite a ways to go, but I can actually look in the mirror and be happy ...

My Goals:
My newest and final weight loss goal is to be 140 pounds, then maintain. I am currently 19 pounds away. I'm hoping to achieve this goal by my 23rd birthday (October 21, 2013)

My Program:
I currently have cut all soda from my diet; as well as most "junk food." I try to make it to the gym once daily, but sometimes I have no energy to do so. I at least make it to the gym 3-4 times a week. While there I do at least 2 cardio works out in a week, and the rest light weight training.
