I'm here to try and find my way out of a bad situation...my health. I've always been a larger girl, but have also been a yo-yoer with my weight. I know that I'm capable of losing weight, because I've done it before. My problem is finding the motivation to stay with it and make sure that I follow through. Witin the past year I had several tramatic events that lead to weight gain; I'm not making excuses I'm the one that chose to eat bad and not move, so I'm the one that has to fix it. I'm just hoping along the way I can fix the emotion and mental aspects of what brings me back to the weight as well.
My Goals are to get healthy and have a better view of myself.
The program I am choosing to help me meet my goals is to keep track of the food I eat and how much and also to make sure I MOVE. Do at least 10 minutes of some activity everyday.
Where to begin...about me..well, I am an office manager in the health services field. I love my job and find it completely rewarding to help people. I believe in self preservation and enlightenment. The world is so full of beautiful and strange things, we should constantly be educating and opening our minds to it all. I also stand pretty vigilant to my views and opinions. I am not one to back down from debate and feel it is crucial for human beings today to be true to their own morals and standards.
