Short-Term:
-Reach my goal weight by Jun 30

Middle-Term:
-Maintain that weight and feel beach-ready in case we go to Punta Cana this November :)

Long-Term:
-Incorporate fitness into my daily life (even in winter)
-Develop a menu repertoire of delicious, healthy, and interesting meals

My Program:
Cooking healthy meals at home.

Bringing my lunch to work 3 days per week

Limiting candy at work and snacks and at parties.

Walking to the subway 2x each week day (3 miles round trip) and around my awesome neighborhood.

Visit the gym 3 times per week.

My boyfriend and I looove to cook, and usually keep things pretty healthy. I have found great recipes on SparkPeople in the past! I have also posted some recipes - try them!
