I'm going to keep on pushing! Thanks for all of the encouragement my friends! January was a good month! I saw an increase in Strength training and a decrease in weight. I desire to keep up with the same amount of fitness and keep my goal for 20,000 steps per day. It keeps me moving!

My Goals:
I desire to eat healthy and get sufficient nutrients. Exercise daily, adding more variety to my workouts, especially strength training and stretching.

BL Winter Challenge Goals: To increase my strength training to 20 -30 minutes each day. Track nutrition and fitness each day. Continue with my cardio.

My Program:
1. I'm striving for 20,000 steps per day.

2. 20 - 30 minutes of strength training each day.

3. Tracking my nutrition.

I do 100 (at least) push ups a day.

I am involved in several challenges that keep me moving all day long.


I drink 10 or more glasses of water each day. I am trying not to eats potatoes, rices, pasta, breads, any thing with a lot of carbs after 2:00 p.m. I'm working on getting more protein into my diet as well.

Personal Information:
I am a child of God and strive to glorify Him with my thought, words and actions each day.

Dad was calmer on Sunday, but I haven't been back yet. Giving him and the staff time to get things going. I do want to go by today and just make it known about the pain meds for his back needing to be changed soon and need to know who should contact who (doctors) to get that done. I stopped at the pain doc's this morning and left a message for him with those questions.

Isaac...well...the anger is still very much at the forefront, but I think some of the oils and natural supplements we're trying have lessened it some. He continues to fight everything that is not what he wants (worse than the typical boy) and he never seems to be responsible or aware of his negative actions. Still haven't heard back from the specialist's office either.

Thanks for checking on my two big stressors!
