"My invitation to you is to begin living every moment as though you are miraculous and deserve to live an extraordinary life.
Fake it if you must and keep faking it until it’s real to you. The gift you will be giving yourself is a lifelong journey of discovery, one that is infinite and infinitely rewarding.
Begin the journey. Today. This moment. Now."

Thank you so much for the goodie. I've been sharing a recipe for a goody you might enjoy. Here is a copy for you.

Here is the recipe for the chocolate candy I make. Coconut oil becomes solid when refrigerated so it is perfect for recipe.

Chocolate-coconut oil Chips
Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Sweeten to taste with pure stevia extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions: Melt coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder, sugar substitute and vanilla. Drop the dough in tbsp sized drops on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until solid. Makes about 18 chips.

I frequently take nuts or small pieces of fresh fruit such as bing cherries and dip it into the chocolate and then refrigerate it. I've done with frozen fruit also such as blueberries, and they are good, just a little juicy when you pop them into you mouth. Dipping the fruit or nuts spreads the chocolate out so you get more like 28 to 30 pieces.

So glad to hear from you. I was wondering how you were doing. Your old sparkpage keeps coming up near the top of my friends list without a profile and I forgot you had changed it. I found lower down today. I've got to figure a way to rearrange the friend pictures so I see the ones I use most frequently.

God has been good to me this past year with my son getting healthy and maintaining control of his cancer. I'm busy with tennis, artwork and fun times with friends and grandkids who I have gotten to start playing tennis also.

Going wheat and grain-free has been the best thing I have ever done nutritionally. It is easy to live by and my health has made dramatic improvements. You must make own food, however, to be successful. Gluten-free pre-packaged foods are loaded with things that make you gain weight. Of course, I love cooking so this is no problem for me, and everything tastes so guiltlessly good.

Keep in touch and enjoy springtime.
Judy
