My Goals:
~~eat healthy ! ~~lose weight ! ~~exercise !
My Program:
Before I joined SparkPeople, my diet was horrible, a lot of eating out with zero exercise. My program is a complete lifestyle change. ~~Eating more fruits & veggies. ~~Cooking & staying home to eat meals. ~~walking EVERY day. ~~adding any additional exercises the day schedule allows.
Personal Information:
~~married with 2 teenagers. ~~I have a loving husband that supports my healthy changes, but really just wants me to be happy. ~~a typical day is preparing for the kids' school, work, sports, homework. Somewhere in there we will eat dinner together, might be 9:00 at night but always together !!
Other Information:
~~HUGE Dallas Cowboys Fan ~~Lots of family cookouts & tailgating (hope they like my new healthy dishes)
