My Goals:
I'm up to running two miles, and I'm still planning to work up to a 5K. I've lost 5% of my weight, and now I'm working toward 10%.

My Program:
I bike to and from work every day. I did the Couch to 5K program over the summer and ALMOST finished it. I'm doing Weight Watchers now because it's free through my health insurance and meetings are held at work!

Oh, good! I have been having a really hard time getting back on track with logging (doing basically all right with eating, though not quite as well) since getting back from Mexico. If I think you're looking at my logs, it might inspire me to be better.
