I have changed my plan, changed my goals, and updated my life! I have chosen new rewards for hitting my weight goals. I am "racing to 140" with the rest of my team. I have a long way to go....but I am going to do it this year.

My Goals:
This is it....THE YEAR! My last year in the 30s, so time to finally GET IT DONE! I am going to lose at least 40lbs and get to my goal weight before my 40th birthday in January 2011.

My Program:
I am now using SP to track my food and trying to increase protein and veggies. I teach spinning and Body Pump, along with running, cycling, strength training, and other fun stuff like Zumba and hiking.

Personal Information:
I live in Nashville, TN. I work in the education field. I have a dog and 2 roommates.

HI!! I like your goal "140 by 40"! I once had a similar goal "120 by 30" (years ago!!! LOL!!) I made it! (thanks in part to a bad case of stomach flu! :)
Now my goal is also to get to 140--my top "healthy" BMI weight.
