I have let life's ups and downs take over my body. I want to find the drive and strength to become the confident, athletic person I lost. I miss her. I am finally at a place in my life where I am almost completely happy. I finished college, trying to find a job and get ready to start the rest of m life with my amazing boyfriend. My Goals:
My goal is to loose 70-100lbs and get back into a healthy weight range. I want to be healthy and fit for me ultimately, but also my relationship, my career and my future!
My Program:
I follow the calorie intake on SP. I work out 5x a week that includes at least 30 minutes of moderate to intense cardio and then strength training. I rotate through 3 different strength training workouts, each one focusing on a different section of the body.
