    I just found you on the Knitters group - love your sock. I have been knitting my socks for about 7 or 8 years and just love them - so do my granddaughters! I always have one on my needles. Guess I need to post some pictures.

    Want to wish you the best on your weight loss journey. Sounds like you have a good plan - 10% is a good start. I am not loosing any, but have started exercising more consistently - so know the pounds will eventually start coming off.

    I vote that cleaning all those fans, and working in the heat, DOES count as exercise! Remeber, no matter what you do, you are doing more than the person sitting on the couch! Keep up the good work! Hope you find a way to stay cool!
