Let's see if I can really do this!!
I am married to a wonderful man and we have 2 teenagers. I am total deaf and both kids also have hearing losses. Right now, my overall goal is to lose 100 pounds, but a more reachable goal would be the 10% rule. Lose 10%, then when you do that, lose another 10%.
