Well.... This year I've decided to improve my reality and stop lowering my expectations. Hopefully, this time I can do it!

In 2012 I want to stick to a program of healthy eating and consistant working out. I am typically an all or nothing kind a gal, and I attack things with a vengance, only to fizzle out and lose interest in a month or so. I need to break this cycle. I joined Sparkpeople in 2007, but only followed the program for a month or so... I have come back a couple of times, with the same outcome. In December 2011 my daughter wanted to take a picture of me for a Christmas project she was making me. When I saw the pictures of myself... it just made me want to cringe.

So... as of January 2012 I'm BACK!!! This time I want to be more practical, not be so all or nothing and to be more forgiving of my mistakes.

GOALS for 2012:

I would really like to run a 5K with my daughter this fall, so I know that I need to get training!

This summer, I don't want to have to hide my body. I am DONE!!!
