Workout! 1500-1600 calories a day workout 4 days a week- cardio /weights and tennis or walking 2-3 days a week.
Personal Information:
I am happily married and have an amazing daughter! We have 2 dogs. I love to cook and bake. Working out ALWAYS makes me feel better physically and mentally.
Other Information:
I love to play tennis with my hubby when Wisconsin weather permits. I love to relax and just watch tv and movies. My daughter is fun and also takes up all of my time.
