I have made a great start. I have already lost 38 pounds in less than 8 weeks by making a complete lifestyle change in diet rather than choosing to "crash" or starve. I have eliminated nearly all processed and fast foods while seldomly eating out. I have incorporated many leafy greens, fruits, veggies, boneless skinless chicken, whey protien (total protien 150+ grams per day - 30% total calories), chia and flax seeds, and other healthy foods. I have eliminated nearly all processed and fast foods while seldomly eating out. I have incorporated many leafy greens, fruits, veggies, boneless skinless chicken, whey protien (total protien 150+ grams per day - 30% total calories), chia and flax seeds, and other healthy foods. I have made great strides in the amount of pain that I have now (significantly less), and what I am able to do.
