Getting Fit!

My name is Kim, 34 years old, living in beautiful San Diego! Since high school I have bounced around between 140- 175 pounds. I am at my happiest when I am around 140 pounds and I prefer to be healthy and toned.
I am looking to get healthy, lose 35 lbs. of fat, and get in great shape. Most of my extra weight comes from the fact that I love to eat. However, I also love to work out...bodyweight exercises, HIIT, circuit training, and bootcamp style workouts. I am excited to use ...

I am looking to get healthy, lose 35 lbs. of fat, and get in great shape. Most of my extra weight comes from the fact that I love to eat. However, I also love to work out...bodyweight exercises, HIIT, circuit training, and bootcamp style workouts. I am excited to use Sparkpeople so that I can monitor my eating habits. I eat clean most of the time but I know that I have been eating more calories than I am burning.
As of 9/1/10, I have lost around 20 pounds and I have hit a plateau. I have been on the plateau longer than I care to mention. I have had to do some serious research to try to figure out what is going on and make the needed changes to kick start the weight loss again. Here's hoping that it works. =)

My Goals:
I am 5'7 and I want to get down to a healthy weight for me...140.

My Program:
- Eat clean(er)!
-At least 8 cups water a day.
-Fresh fruit, veggies, lean meats and whole grains.
-No foods with more than 5 ingredients/ingredients I cannot pronounce.
-Limited to no packaged/proceessed foods.
-Cook all meals at home. Eat out no more than 2 days per month.
-Practice portion control and use SP to track daily calories.
-Be active and have fun! Minimum 4 days week/30 minutes day.
