I am over 30 now and haven't been at a goal weight in 10 years. It is going to take 2 years to reach goal, but I know I will be healthier and happier when I get there. I have all the time in the world to walk this path towards health.

Thanks for checking in on me. I'm still here and doing well. I also joined a 4 week challenge on another team. This is the end of the 3rd week.

I hope you plan on continuing with your goals. You have done so well. I've set a goal for myself to lose 20 lbs by the end of July. I know that I can do, I just have to keep my eyes forward.

Hi KLYN,

I'm from the 8 weeks til spring team with you. I just read your most recent posting, and I'm worried about you too. I went through a period like you're describing a few years ago and it took some outside help to lift myself out of it. I want you to know that your posts in the team pages have been the most inspirational and fun to read for me. I've always been looking forward to reading them, and since your progress is faster than mine, I've been feeling a little envious of you. (not in a bad way) Have you seen your doctor about this? Also, if that feels too extreme (I don't think it is, I see my doctor about a hangnail! emoticon ), there's a GREAT book I recommend called "Feeling Good." It might really help you feel more in control. I just gave it to a friend for her birthday and she loved it right away. Don't give up. Just be kind and understanding to yourself. You deserve some kindness.

Hey there. I wanted to check on your to see how you're doing? It seemed from your last blog that something had happened to make you lose some motivation. I know that it's hard. We all struggle but, you've come to far to stop now. Trust me, I know the struggle. Take it one day, one hour, one minute at a time until the will is back!
