My Goals:
My main goal is to get my body fat % to less than 20% and keep it there.

My Program:
My exercise program consists of at home kettlebell workouts and sessions on the Nordic Trac. About once a week I take part in a 30 min. bootcamp.

Personal Information:
My name is Lee and I live in Houston, TX. I moved here right out of college and have lived here ever since except for a ten year period while I was living and working in Saudi Arabia. I tend to feed my mind with books and my body with pizza. I guess that is why my mind is in good shape while my body still needs to drop about eight pounds of fat.

Couldn't figure out how to post to your question about changing weight --- I figured out that you have to go back to "Start" page where you are able to change/edit weights entered.
Hope this helps.
