For more than 25 years I was really into running - loved races and running half and full marathons. Over the past couple of years I had to work through a health challenge and a few surgeries that provided an opportunity for me to reevaluate what I want my life to look like going forward. During the past year I've felt very drawn to yoga and have started a consistent practice that has changed EVERYTHING from the way I think and feel, to the way I look physically and how I interact with other people. So, while I still like to run (and spin and lift weights), yoga is my new love. I'm looking forward to the journey and am feeling so excited about life again. Over the past few years I've been working towards a cleaner, healthier life and while I've always been vegetarian, have gone back to a vegan lifestyle. It makes sense to me and I feel my best when I'm eating primarily raw foods.
