I am here for me. I want to be healthy and active. I am focusing on losing weight and toning, although I have a lot of muscle on me already I am just not happy that it is being covered right now by fat.

I haven't been tracking my food and exercise like I should but I am going to try to be more consistent.

Here is to losing it and keeping it off!

My name is Kristen and I am 26 years young, and living in Germany as a member of the silent ranks! I am a Pacific Northwest sweetheart. I have been married for 6 years to my best friend of 11. My husband is proudly serving in the US Air Force. He knows just how to make me shine. I know that he loves me no matter how I look, but I think if I feel confident and sexier then I will truly know that he is attracted still. He gave me a beautiful baby boy, Levi age 3, who was oh so nice enough to help me loose my muscle and stretch my skin out until I cried! Recently we also had a baby girl, Xoe age 2months. I can never stick to a workout, I tend to start and then get lazy the next day. I really am hoping that this site will motivate me to start living healthy in a physical way so that I can lose the 35-40 pounds that I have gained since 2003 when I got married. I really want to be a size eight! Abercrombie stops their sizes at 10 so an eight should be plenty roomy!
