I started seeing a dietitian in June 2007 because my blood pressure was 129/89, my cholesterol readings were a little off, and I weighed 326 pounds. By the end of Oct 2008, my blood pressure was 100/75, my cholesterol readings looked good (except my HDL, which is improving), and my weight had dropped to 194.

My Program:
For nutrition, I use the plate method. For fitness, I walk 30 minutes every day, I go to water aerobics 1-2 times per week, I go to aerobics/strength training 1-2 times per week. I also do strength training/elliptical once a week.
