Time for a Change
I began this journey early in 2010. I've been a Sparker for 3 years and I was "this close" to goal in early 2011. But then I added some pounds again and have been going up and down the same 3-5 pounds now ever since. The one thing about this journey, it's a serious one and I need to take it seriously. I'm pretty healthy but have issues with arthritis and every pound I choose to carry messes with that. I realize that if I wasn't following SP my weight would be in uncharted ...

I'm pretty healthy but have issues with arthritis and every pound I choose to carry messes with that. I realize that if I wasn't following SP my weight would be in uncharted territory for me. SP makes a difference but I need to settle down and get this done.

My Goals:
Fit - walk for exercise 6 days a week Increase my biking fitness with 3 rides each week. 10 miles to 50 miles. Become more yoga fit, flexible with better balance. Complete the loss of 25 unwanted pounds by August 15th. Eat healthy & kick the diet soda addiction.
My Program:
Keeping calories well balanced and in the range of 1400 - 1500 daily Walking-twice daily with one for aerobic needs and second for pleasure Drinking more water. Yoga class - Tuesday, strength class, Sunday Blogging and reading blogs to stay inspired
