My Goals:
I like to stay fit and healthy so I feel good about myself.
My Program:
I play lots of sports, almost every night of the week. In addition to sports, I enjoy running, weight lifting classes and anything outdoors.
I try to eat healthy, but can fall off the wagon and enjoy a good greasy cheeseburger and cold glass of beer. I try to balance my workout schedules with my eating habits, a cheeseburger means extra time on the treadmill:)
My weakness is an ice cold Miller Lite!
