Yo-Yoing No More

For the better part of 8 years I have tried countless times to lose weight. I am 5'3" and should weigh about 125lbs. I Don't, I am in at 245lbs. Highest to date. I have two boys 16 and 11, and a wonderful husband of 17 years. I am 33 years old and I can't take this anymore. I am winded going up steps, I have trouble tying my shoes. I want to be able to go out for biking and hiking and regular walking without everyone having to wait for me to catch up. And I as much as I love my Grandmother, who ...

And I as much as I love my Grandmother, who has passed, I don't want to end up like her and be inprisoned in my body, not able to move up to my dying day. I will lose the weight this time!

Hello Spark Buddy! emoticon Just checking in to see how you're doing. I rode my bike for about 20 min today and I am trying o get up early every morning and ride the stationary bike. Are you still walking? emoticon
