My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 130lbs ultimately by September of 2008. I believe I can do this sooner, but that's my buffer!

I want to be toned and in shape to keep up with my young family!

My cousin is coming to see me in June and I want to be able to go out with her and look good.

We are going to San Diego late July. I will be wearing a bathing suit on the beach for the first time in 10 years!

We are also going to Disneyland for Thanksgiving and I want to look great and be able to run after my kids for 5 days!

My Program:
Fitness:

Cardio 5-7 days per week.

Core: 3 days per week

Upper/Lower Strength: 3 Days per week

Nutrition:

LOTS of Fruit/Veggis
VERY limited Red Meat
Organic/Natural Foods
Chinese teas
1 Gallon Water/day

hey girl how are you doing w/ ur weight loss? I'm missing ur treadmill, actually my knees are. running out on the street kills them. kris said he would get me one but not soon.
