My goals:
+ "Beat the beast" in 2012 (bicycle more miles than I drive)
+ Be able to run 10 miles
+ Reach goal weight of 125lbs
+ Build and tone muscle
+ Eat less dairy and eggs

My Program:
+ Building up to running 10 miles/week
+ Commuting by bicycle
+ Strength training at least 2x/week
+ Eat a low-fat, plant based diet (vegan or vegetarian)
