I hope you are doing well and staying positive. It's important to remember that we all face obstacles and "slip" every once in a while. It's important to forgive ourselves and put as much effort into finding a reason for and solution to the slip as we do in beating ourselves up over it. That quote hits home with me as I get older. I know that I have undone much of the healthy progress I had made (as my latest doctor’s appointment showed!).
