emoticon I hope you are doing well and staying positive.
It's important to remember that we all face obstacles and "slip" every once in a while. It's important to forgive ourselves and put as much effort into finding a reason for and solution to the slip as we do in beating ourselves up over it. That's one of the hardest things for me to accept and do.
Stay strong and determined to do the best you can today - that’s all we can ask of ourselves.

That quote hits home with me as I get older. I know that I have undone much of the healthy progress I had made (as my latest doctor’s appointment showed!).

I am beginning March with renewed determination to live a healthier lifestyle and make positive movements toward the ME I want to be.
