Hellloo ALL!!! I am a 21 year old college student from Omaha Nebraska!!! Music is my life!! I have been involved in the American Idol television show before finally making my way on the stage on NBC's new hit show "The Sing Off"!
I am currently 5'5 and am around 260lbs! OOMMMGGGG!!!! In the entertainment business that is simply UNACCEPTABLE!!! I dont want to be a "skinny mini" as an African American woman in our society it's ALL about the curves...but in the right places! Therefore, I would like to see my final weight inbetween 140-155lbs!
I know that this journey will be SO TOUGH!!! I used to say that food addiction isnt real....but MAN oh MAN was I wrong and in denial! My favorite things to eat are pure milk chocolate bars, Double Whoppers, fries dipped in Mayo, chicken fingers...and so on! It wasnt that I was over-eatting...it was just that I ate the wrong things at the wrong times!
Im tired of being big!! I LOVE fashion...I want more options in life! Not only with clothes...but in casting for shows, plays, etc. and options in life! Im young enough where I can still enjoy the rest of my youth looking like the beautiful girl I know I can be!!
FEARS: Im afraid to fall back into my old life habits...AGAIN!! Im afraid that Im not going to see enough change in my body and give up!! I KNOW I CANT!!! It would just make me digusted in myself! I dont like the picture in the mirror and I dont ever want to see her again! FEAR: im afraid that Im going about things in the "wrong way" right now I have made my own diet for myself! I want to eat less than 500 calories per day! My short term goal is to lose 65lbs inbetween June 4th (today) and August 11th! Producer's from Holllywood are coming to check my group out and hear our sound! I want to look great and feel great! WhenI get back to school I will make more of a "lifestyle change" and still count callories but allow myself to have 1200 cals per day and throw in a "sweet saturday" kinda thing where I dont count and allow myself to go and eat with friends!
Either way...this is just a jump start!! Im excited!!! I hope that you will enjoy following me and reading about my success in love, life, weightloss, and entertainment!

Im not a doctor...but I've created my own diet of eatting less than 500 calories per day and involving myself in physical activities 4-5 times per week!

This site is amazing, I have been on here 5 months and with all the support and encouragement for my emoticon 's I have lost almost 60 pounds so far and I just recently ran an entire mile.
