My Goals:
I'm working to lose enough weight to get off my medications for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and asthma.

Other Information:
BIG sports fan - Baltimore Orioles, Green Bay Packers, Boston Celtics, and the New York Rangers.

I'm an avid golfer, though not a very good one. But I am a good bowler - 210 average.

I direct the choirs at my church and I enjoy composing and arranging music for them.

Welcome! I think you'll love it here :) The nutrition tracker will become your best friend. Remember to start with small changes and work your way up- it really does make a huge difference! Check out the sparkcoach trial- it gives a really great overview of the different site features.
