    Thanks for the friend add! I see you are friends with THEHONESTME. She's right that planning helps. You will stay on track if you plan your week or at least a few days at a time. It also helps to have some "go to" options for when you are tired or running behind and no time to cook what was on your plan. I always have shredded chicken breast in the fridge. I can use it for salads, sandwiches, tacos, stir-fry... and dinner is done in less than 10 min. Having a back up to your plan is a key to success. I don't have a need to grab drive-through food when I can throw something healthy together that quickly.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend. I know what you mean about being tired when you get home from a long day. It's so hard to focus on diet and exercise. The only thing that helps me there is to pre-plan. I spend a few hours on the weekend planning meals for the week and writing it down, then I know ahead of time what we will be eating. It helps that my husband wants to eat healthy, too. One meal works for both of us. He also enjoys the fitness center so if I'm not in the mood to go, he is and vice versa --we push each other. Good luck on your journey!
