My Goals:
I want to be able to do 20 pull-ups by November 25th!

I want to go running 5 days a week.

I want to reach my goal weight.

I want to learn to appreciate myself.

I want to be confident in my own skin!

My Program:
To lose weight I am keeping track of my food intake and aiming for 1200-1500 calories per day. I'm trying to eating a lot of protein, fruits, veggies, some dairy and carbs. I'm avoiding trans fat religiously and working to cut down on sugar.

I'm running four days per week right now and am working up to five. I'm also strength training two days per week and slowly working up to five.

Personal Information:
I'm a graphic design student trying to put together a healthy foundation for my life. I guess I'm working on me right now!
