Stopping the madness!!! :)

So! Weight has always been an issue to me... I can vividly remember certain numbers on the scale and the way I would beat myself up over them... Not a great plan, right??? Well... I started Sparkpeople after reading about it in the People magazine issue that comes out every year about people who are half their size??? And I figured "why not?" So, I went from 183 to 148 in 10 months!!!!!! WWWOOOOOOHOOOOO :) I both looked and felt amazing. So. What did I do??? I let almost 20 of those lbs ...

I just am unwilling to go there again. So. Here I am. Stopping the madness. I want to look and feel amazing and this is the way to do it :)

My Goals:
By Sept 24- be back into the 150s
By Oct 4- be at 155
By Nov 5- be back to 148 or lower.... Very special plans that day :)
And my ultimate goal is to SEE the 130s once or twice. I don't know that want to maintain there, but would like to see how I look at that weight.... Haven't been there since high school!!!

My Program:
The schedule in this house is amazingly hectic. I have a traveling husband, 5 kids and I am in school. Exercise comes and goes as I have time. I mainly adhere STRICTLY to my calories, fat, etc and try to never eat anything that does not fullfill ONE other goal, such as calcium, protein or fiber. So not much that is just carbs and fat.

Personal Information:
We live in Illinois- Married- 5 kids- mid thirties :)
