Hi my name is Katrina I am 6 feet tall and 20 years old and I have been struggling with weight loss my entire life. About a year ago I lost 50 pounds and recently gained about 40 back. I am back on track and really ready to accomplish my goals ! My starting weight was actually 260! Any and all motivation is welcome...WE ALL NEED SUPPORT :)

My Goals:
Feel Beautiful! I want to stop falling short and giving myself over to loser boys just because they give me attention. I want a guy who LOVES me and who treats me with respect and I need to lose weight for me and I am sure the guy will come along in the mean time :) I want to go shopping with my friends to the same stores they do instead of saying I need to stop in this plus-size store I'll catch up with you..ahhh I CAN SO THISSS!!!!!

My Program:
Basic: Diet and Gym...A lot of cardio to balance out some of the normal things I will eat during the week. Just started Weight Watchers with a buddy my aunt and I am using SparkPeople for motivation and as a tool to look up different foods and workouts and to track my progress...anddd to talk to all of YOU!

Personal Information:
I'm a GIANT! So tall! I am from south jersey (no not the same as the show "Jersey Shore") I love running and living healthier. It makes me feel "clean." Believe me I HAVE NOTTTT always been like this! I enjoyed my fast food and remote control just as much as the next fat person. I am a full time nursing student and am always the one to make people laugh and smile :)

Other Information:
Love going out...I'm just hoping I'll like it more when I feel more confident... The process of getting ready and arriving at the party with size 0's and 2's isn't always the easiest thing to do..but that is why I AM Katrina :)

If it is too hot outside to exercise, get moving with an exercise DVD or how about the emoticon treadmill emoticon or stationary bike emoticon Have you thought of going to the gym for some healthy sweat time with zumba or kickboxing? emoticon Or perhaps, cool off with swim in the pool emoticon Always stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water!!! emoticon Let's make this week a HEALTHY one and enjoy those summer days getting fit!
