My Goals:
I'm trying to take this 5lbs at a time sooo.... my goal is to lose 5 lbs., 5 times by making better food choices and incorporating exercise back into my life. I'm short, so I'd love to be a size 4 again!

Started 8/16/2011
1st 5 lbs - gone! 8/30
2nd 5 lbs - gone! 9/18!!
3rd 5 lbs - gone!! 9/30!!!
4th 5 lbs - gone!!! 10/14
5th 5 lbs - What??? What???? GOAL!!!!! 11/18/2011!!!
11/29 - Uh-oh.. back up...
1/3/2012 - Can't even get on the scale. Up 2 sizes. Ugh.
1/4/2012 - Got on the scale. It was scary, but I'm glad I did it so I could stop the downward spiral. I'd like lose about 5.5 lbs of what I gained back.
1/20/2012. I'm up 11 lbs. I need to get back on track!!
2/29/2012: I don't even want to know. Nothing fits anymore. Time to remind myself that I'm worth it and start again.
5/17/2011: Up 21 lbs. :(

Hey there! I got your message bout my legs (lol) and ironically these are the one thing I was born with pretty nice ones. Even at my heaviest I always had well defined leg muscles and very little fat! I do a lot of Jillian - Ripped in 30, 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, and most recently Yoga Meltdown which I LOOOOOVE!

dont you ever, ever, ever give up. what you hold dear is worth fighting for. you have done the training before, you know the drill and you know what it is to dig in and make it happen. it is HARD to start over again but you have knowledge which is something you didnt have when you got started the first time. use that hard earned knowledge to gut it out and get back on your feet... stay focused and the victories will come....
