Hello, lovely!

I'm Kristin. I'm 24 years old and looking to get fit and even more fabulous. :)

I started my Spark adventure in 2010 and lost a little over 50 pounds. I gained confidence, discovered a love for working out that I never thought possible, and made some sweet friends in the process. I started my Spark adventure in 2010 and lost a little over 50 pounds. I gained confidence, discovered a love for working out that I never thought possible, and made some sweet friends in the process. While some of my habits have fluctuated a bit over the last few of years, I'm pleased with the overall life style changes I've kept. It's 2015 and I'm ready to push forward, set new goals, and try some new things, too. :)

My Goals:
Get back into the habit of regularly exercising.

Be able to walk a 5K again post-op.

Restart C25K.

Find and make some tasty, healthy gluten-free foods!

Lose 50 pounds or so. I'm giving myself grace and keeping it approximate. :)

Make it to size 6/8.

Be an encouragement to those trying to do the same!

My Program:
Working up to walking 5x per week. Starting with at-home walks - indoors and out, 2-3x a week to build up post-op.

Yoga at home 5x a week. Yoga classes about 2-4 times a month, depending on finances.

Dance breaks as needed.

Hey, i just saw your intro on the Weekly challenges page and wanted to come by and say "hi." I restarted jogging late last year and really enjoyed the c25k. I am so glad PT went well and you will be back at it.
