Doing It for My Health
I started this year out with the best of intentions - Lose the extra weight, stop bingeing, stop sabotaging myself, get my good workouts in every day...but most of that hasn't happened consistently. Now, on June 1st, I find out from the Docs that I HAVE to if I want to maintain a healthy, happy life. Today's new medical diagnosis assures me of painful times to come if I don't take heed. And after experiencing that pain over the past 2 months that it took to diagnose me, I hope I've already ...

And after experiencing that pain over the past 2 months that it took to diagnose me, I hope I've already learned my lesson. If absolutely NOTHING else hits it home for me, the fact that I could have prevented this should.
