My Goals:
I have a had a fair share of health issues the last few years and I want to be healthier, stronger, and if I lose a few lbs or inches along the way that is an added bonus!

My Program:
I go to weight trianing classes 2x per week (body sculpt, abs, pure muscle), HipHop dance class 2 x a week, a 30 minute deep stretch class once a week and if I can, yoga once a week. If not I try to do one more day of easier cardio. I just bought Jilliain Michales 39 day Shred but am afraid to open it. I bought a yoga dvd , matt, block too as I feel stretching my muscles helps soooo much. Now just to try it at home some time.
